About me…

A Nutrition Coach, passionate about making healthy eating easy when it comes to our children.

After having my son, 19 years ago, at 9 months old he was diagnosed with Epilepsy. This was new territory for us and a very overwhelming one!! it became the beginning of what was going to be a long road ahead.

When he started at pre-school, learning, social and behavioural challenges became obvious. Researching became the norm as  I needed to understand my child and find some solutions as to how I could help him  primarily through a balanced diet and lifestyle rather than medication.

After numerous assessments, we enrolled him in a special needs school in Johannesburg, South Africa. There I met like minded mothers who all found it daunting with the question of “are we doing all that we can for our children?”  searching for answers.

Balancing daily responsibilities while maintaining a healthy lifestyle became an obvious choice. I found myself advising mothers more and more on my findings which led to my passion of believing in nourishing both the body and the mind without resorting to a “one size fits all” approach! This is when I decided to make a career and help other families.

In addition to working with mothers, I am committed to inspiring children to make healthy choices that will lead to a great relationship with food and wellbeing, promoting healthy habits and relationships with food.

I offer practical and personalised advice, whether you’re looking to improve your overall health or manage a specific condition, I offer simple and effective solutions tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to empower you and your family with the knowledge and tools you need to make sustainable lifestyle changes that have a positive impact on your health and wellbeing.
